Registration & Fee Payment

Come into the Hesperia Adult School office to pay your fees and complete registration. Payment is due at time of registration. $1500 cashiers check or money order payable to HUSD. Payment from approved sponsors are also accepted. 

What to Bring to Registration:

Payment, Photo identification, copy of your High School Diploma or GED Certificate, and your SSN or ITIN number, and email address.

Meets State Board of Pharmacy application for licensing requirements. 

High School Diploma or GED required for licensing.  Ages 18 and older.

*High School Diploma or a GED/HiSet Equivalency is required to obtain a Pharmacy Technician license

Our enhanced program is now using top industry software, PioneerRx. Through PioneerRX, students will experience simulated processes and workflows of today’s most innovative pharmacies.

Our program is a Pharmacy Technician Certification Board recognized education/training program. Students completing our program are eligible to apply for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE).

During the course, you will cover

  • Top 200 Drugs

  • Pharmacy Terminology

  • Pharmacy Law

  • Various Pharmacy Settings

You learn how to read a prescription in the very first week!  Externships will take place in local pharmacies.

High School Students

Program Eligibility

Students must be at least 18 years of age  and completed a High School Diploma or GED  to enroll. 

Must be 18 years of age or older​​​

Have a High School Diploma or GED Certificate

Have a Social Security Number or ITIN Number 

Applicants are fully responsible for checking with California State Board prior to enrollment to determine their licensing eligibility.  Refer to  Pharmacy Technician License

Applicants with Misdemeanor and Felony arrests/convictions:  Certain misdemeanor and/or felony arrests/convictions may prevent you from eligibility to obtain a Pharmacy Tech license.  Applicants are fully responsible for checking with California State Board prior to enrollment to determine their licensing eligibility.  Refer to  Faqs For Applicants With Criminal History
